What does a GEEWhizz Computers IT Service Contract include?

• Four (4) quarterly service visits per year that include:

• Assess, label, tag and repair all IT equipment (initial visit).

• Install and configure GWC anti-virus suite (3 tier software implementation).

• Check and test all network and standalone IT equipment.

• Clean equipment to help prevent further problems.

• Eight (8) free one (1) hour emergency call outs per year.

• Twelve (12), twenty-four (24), thirty-six (36) month contracts.

• Written report upon completion of each visit.

• Unlimited telephone and email access to technical help.

• Two (2) six-monthly service visits per year that include:

• Assess, label, tag and repair all IT equipment (initial visit).

• Install and configure GWC anti-virus suite (3 tier software implementation).

• Check and test all network and standalone IT equipment.

• Clean equipment to help prevent further problems.

• Twelve (12), twenty-four (24), thirty-six (36) month contracts.
